The service needs a lot of improving. When you are supposed to have blood tests on a regular basis these are never complied with. Checking a patient after having an operation, the surgery never bother. Receptionists are not very sociable, dealing with enquiries etc. seems too much trouble.

Arrived for appointment on time at 11:35. It is now 12:15 and i'm still waiting despite 3 patients arrivig after me being seen.

My consultation with Dr Shaw made me feel at ease, my issues with my condition was taken seriously and it made me feel very confident reguarding future treatment .
